We will arrange a pick-up with an additional shipping fee based on your location. Return/Exchange requests must meet the below requirements: Your request period will expire after 14 days from the date of delivery. 1) Proof of purchase must be provided via order number, otherwise not accepted. 2) Returned products should be unused and brand tags should remain intact in their protective packaging cover. 3) Your returned product should be returned in the same original protective packaging cover to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
Please note that DUVA reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of returned items that are used or not in their original packaging cover and condition, otherwise, it will be returned to the same location. Refunds: After your returned order passes DUVA’s quality inspection, your refund will be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the same payment method used to purchase your order (excluding shipping fees). Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive your return, with refunds processed within an additional 15 business days after quality inspection approval. During promotions and offers, the refund and exchange duration is shortened to 5 days. |
