Our genuine leather products only are eligible for a 12-month care service from the original purchase date, addressing any manufacturing defects.
During promotions and offers, DUVA’s care service is only valid for 6 months and on genuine leather products.
The eligibility to the care service is guaranteed after a 7-working day quality inspection, with repairs completed within 15 working days upon approval.
Note that the care service on genuine leather products is viable only if you keep DUVA’s customer care card along with proof of purchase.
A maintenance and repair service may incur additional charges in the following cases:
- Items are past 12 months from the original purchase.
- Ineligible for the free care service due to non-manufacturing defects.
